Joe was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He joined the US Navy right after college and served in the military for 5 years before relocating to Florida. He has been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years. He has a 13-year old daughter and enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, going to the beach and being outdoors.
