Susan has worked for Southern Insurance Group since October, 2011. Born and raised in the Central Florida area, she comes from 30 years of working in a Corporate environment. Having received numerous awards during the course of 30 years for Top Performer, her background in customer service have made her an outstanding addition to our staff. As a Customer Service Representative she is responsible for client care as well as administrative support to the Agents. She provides exceptional customer care to each of her clients. Susan is married, has two children and loves spending quality time with family and friends.
